The High Flyer sub remains a staple among the adult male population and on Capt’n Nemos’ catering menu.  An ideal choice when you’re feeding guys and  the question of “what’s different” is asked.   Shown here with a cocktail toothpick, after this photo it was to become part of a sub d’oeuvre platter – the Capt’n Nemo’s version of a deli tray.

As a traditional style sub – it portrays the more meat than bread concept from the 1970’s. It is listed on our menu Sub Sandwich Menu
